I am trained in EMDR, CPT, and trauma informed care. Much of my experience has centered around working with individuals with PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Adjustment Disorders. I use a patient centered approach, and I believe that one of the most important parts of therapy is that you jive with your therapist! 

 

I see a variety of clients of all ages, but I work primarily with adults. I believe in creating a safe space, both physically and emotionally, where clients can feel heard, understood and respected.
